How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China Guangzhou & Shenzhen will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
1. Yes. We provide free shipping to over 31 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. Current countries available are; Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russian Federation, Spain, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Ukraine, United Kingdom & United States. More country will be available soon.
2. If you’re a Russian buyer, Please fill in right Receiver’s Full name (three parts) to your order before when you place order, if not post office will return back of your package and we’ll don’t accept any refund for order without full name.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. Most countries can reach earlier within 10-25 days only, such as Russian, United States, Ukraine, France, Spain, United kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and etc. However Asian countries can be reach slightly earlier within 7-15 and some others countries may reach within 14-37 days only.

Do you provide tracking information?
1. Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
2. NOTE: If free shipping method is chosen, you’ll also receive the tracking number but it can only tracking the item within the China territories. (*It might causing the delay in the shipment)
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
