Q1.What kind of languages does LEC1 Watch support ?
A1. Watch language support English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German.

APP language support Chinese and English.

Q2.Is it waterproof ?

A2. No, it’s IP54 Life Waterproof. Not suitable for swimming or diving.

Q3. Can I send phone message to LEC1 watch?

A3. Sorry, LEC1 can not receive phone message. But you can send voice message from phone app assistant

Q4. When I do voice chating, why it’s slow to send?

A4. Because this watch can only use 2G network. So, voice chating function is not very good to use. Maybe you need wait several seconds to send success.

Q5. Why pedometer function is not accurate?

A5. First, this watch use 3-axis acceleration sensor, it can not account accurate as professional device. Second, please make sure the watch is weared. Third, please fill in right information about your children in app.

Q6. Why SIM card can not be read in watch?

A6. When you insert SIM card, please make sure the watch has been turned off. And please make sure your SIM card frequency band is GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz

Q7. I can not bind the QR code success with my phone app, how to do?

A7. Please make sure the QR code has not been binded by other phones before. If you still can not bind, you can contact seller for help. Maybe the QR code is wrong.

Q8. After I insert SIM card correctly, the GPRS icon is not light, how to do?

A8. First, you can put the SIM card into normal smartphones. Turn off 3g 4g network to check if you can go internet normally. If not, please contact Card Issuing Unit to change APN.

Q9. How to change APN?

A9. First, Please make sure watch GSM has signal and can answer phone call. Then use phone to write messages to send to the number of the watch. Message format: apn#01# operator name # apn name #apn network user #apn password #

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
