How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Go Travel Sport (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Рюкзак - мечта, долго искал именно такой. через 5 дней домой принесли! ноубук с диаганалью 15.6 влетает без проблем. качество отличное. на главном отсеке двойная молния,такую не видел раньше.. форму держит, места полно. Еще понравилось лямки удобные, 12 кг загрузил - даже не почувствовал, удобно, нигде не тянет. пока лето, буду на работу на велочипеде ездить)

Сделала заказ 16.04.2017. Пришел 26.04.2017 очень быстро. Заказывала 17-дюймовый. Очень довольна рюкзаком. Ткань хорошего качества, подкладка плотная, швы ровные, нитки не торчат, замки хорошие. Рюкзак большой. Выглядит как на фото. Очень хороший продавец рекомендую. Трек отслеживался.
Рюкзак супер! Качество материала, швы, молнии - всё отлично. Доставка очень быстрая - меньше 10 дней, такое впервые, обычно гораздо дольше.

заказывал жене. качество отличное, на даже 14" для женщины великоват.
Отличный рюкзак. Все швы ровные, ничего не торчит. В основном отделении 3 кармана + 1 карман на молнии. Есть отделение для ноута прямо за спиной, на уровне поясницы есть "потайной" карман. Спереди рюкзака 2 кармана на молнии. Удобная ручка, особенно когда нужно держать рюкзак на весу и одновременно открывать, ничего не выпадет. Доставка курьером в Московскую область на 5 день после заказа, курьер позвонил за час до того, как приехал, предупредил.
Отличный рюкзак. Держит форму (не как тряпочка). В маленький рюкзак (14") легко входит ноут Макбук Эир. Очень удобные лямки, вес не ощущается с полной загрузкой. Очень быстрая доставка до Мск: от заказа до получения 6 дней.
Прекрасный рюкзак отличного качества. Доставили за 15 дней в Улан-Удэ. Рюкзак на 17 дюймов просто ОГРОМНЫЙ. При моем росте 178 он ложится во всю спину, а по ширине даже больше меня. Все на высшем уровне, мой ноутбук 15,6 дюйма влетел как надо. На дне есть мягкая прослойка, что-бы ноут не ударился при поставке на пол сумки. Спинка твердая, думаю в машинке не постирать т.к. она не гнется в достаточнлй мере. На спине есть также мягкие подкладки в районе поясницы и лопаток.
Отличный рюкзак, качество супер, плотный, внутри подклад, замки надёжные, швы все ровные, лямки пришиты намертво, заказывали самый большой (17"), действительно водонепроницаемый, ребёнок в восторге, очень вместительный, входит всё для школы и вещи для тренировки, доставка 7 дней курьером домой (Новосибирск). В порарок кодовый замочек, упакован был очень хорошо. Рекомендую))
The quality is very high. Good materials and good work. In item description USB was mentioned, but it's missing. It's sad, but I knew it already from previous feedbacks. Anyway I like it a lot.

Super great quality! Very nice and thick material, double zipper for main compartment, very comfortable straps, secret and safe compartment for laptop and documents. Will order one more! Totally worth the money! Needed it quickly so ordered via DHL. It came in a week.
Качественный рюкзак (ровные надёжные строчки, вместительный). Центральный отдел - 1 , тем самым не "режется" полезный объём - удобно в поездках. Бонус - кодовый замок.

Beautiful, well designed bag, full of pockets, the laptop pocket's zipper designed to be under the back straps so it's anti theft along side the hidden pocket in the back (for wallet, keys etc). Waterproof and strong material, I'm very satisfied with the product which was delivered so quickly. Thank you store, going to buy some more for mu family!
